一體成型電感(模壓電感:Molding Choke)包括座體和繞組本體,所述座體系將繞組本體埋入金屬磁性粉末內部壓鑄而成,SMD引腳為繞組本體的引出腳直接成形於座體表面(如圖一)。
一體成型電感因為其優越的穩定性而有以下特性:小型化、高品質、高能量儲存和低電阻
2.1、性能、穩定性方面
一體成型電感相對於傳統貼片電感,其耐大電流、耐高溫的特性更為出色,在電路中的穩定性也非常出眾。 相較於傳統組裝式貼片電感有更好的可靠性和穩定性,廣泛的應用於安防、車載、醫療、航天等高新領域。
2.2、結構構造方面
一體成型電感是採用金屬粉末壓籌而成,結構簡單,適合自動化生產。 線圈全封閉閉磁路設計,可滿足客戶多樣化需求。
2.3、技術和價格方面
一體成型電感的做工相比於傳統貼片電感更為複雜,所以產品良品率要低於傳統貼片電感,因此其價格比傳統貼片電感價格偏高。 但隨著一體成型電感生產及研發技術的不斷改進和自動化設備的不斷升級,一體成型電感價格會越來越低,目前也逐漸成為主流客戶的第一選擇。
目前主流【一體成型電感】的製程工藝有兩種 :冷壓工藝和熱壓工藝。
3.1 一體成型電感 冷壓工藝 :
做為一體成形電感的前期主流工藝目前主要出現在大尺寸的一體成型電感器上,有工藝成熟、設備穩定,生產效率高等優點。

3.2 一體成型電感 熱壓工藝 :
隨著市場對電感器的小型化需求越來越高,一體成形電感工藝也在往小尺寸方向發展,但傳統冷工藝在小尺寸制程存在一定局限性,熱壓工藝的推出解決了一體成形小型化的難題。
